Application
Process - Each adult living
in the housing unit shall submit the following:
- Fully
Completed Application Form
- $25.00 Money
Order
- Driver's License or Photo ID
- Social
Security Card
- Two (2) Pay Check Stubs
- A
full Criminal Background Report shall be ordered for each individual.
- Upon
application approval, each Rental Lease shall be signed for 12 months.
- Each
Rental Lease shall be accompanied by the first month's rent and a security deposit.
